So.. in the support section of the forums are we allowed to create threads to help other players if it is not already done by a staff member?
 
Just make sure to fact check your information. Other then that it should be fine.

I'm just saying and not trying to be rude to you. Warrior, why did you think that you would approve of him to create a thread for helping to other players? So yeah, any threads for helping to new players is only for staff members. What you also think is clearly wrong, and now you wanted to change Blue's mind. This is what he has to do to help other players better know, it's glad to know that you did respect him, and he made the thread in a way that makes no sense to new users. But I didn't agree. Sometimes new users will look at useful threads are pinned for half of the regular user and staff members in the "Support" section, but his thread makes them pretend to be confused by the normal user's useful thread in it in which they will consider that he is staff, but he is not now. I'm so sorry.

The thread i created isn’t for new members, its for VIPs which normally if they are intelligent have used the server a fair amount

Good point, but new members would also look at threads made by staff about how to use color chat in game, the thread i created is directed, like at color chat one, to VIPs.

If he wants to help he can help. As long as the information is correct then why does it matter who writes it?
I think it was well written and simple to understand but we can always edit it if there is a problem.
He never said he was a staff member and doesn't have a staff tag.

I don't see a problem with it but we can always get other staff's opinions. I'll go ask them to take a look here.
