Because they are cheating and cheaters deserve to be ban...well some hackers can give a second chance if they never hack again and did the correct appeal..giving second chances to hackers may be hard but if they tell the truth about their appeal...staff members can give them an another chance :)

She needs an account on the forums to write an appeal, and I think she has to do it herself. She'll have to create a thread in the 'Ban Appeals' section, and follow the correct layout (there's a thread explaining it in that section). If the staff decide that she really is sorry and really won't hack again, they may unban her.
