I think yes, go on "players report" section and make your report

This is how to do it

• IGN: In-Game Name
• Reason: Provide us which rule the player has broken.
• Server: The server where you saw the rule-breaker
• Evidence: Screenshots and/or videos of the player(s) breaking the rules.
