just to be sure, the Frozone kit in TSW/SW is useless if u dont have a rank?

Without a rank, frozone kit only freezes water, with a rank the kit gives you better armor and you can freeze the ground you're standing on. It doesnt freeze some blocks like concrete

Only freezes dirt & grass (without flowers or grass on top), some stones, & wooden planks
