What's the best thing you have built in survival mode?

Me: back in my old world I built this huge villager hotel. I worked really hard on it and I actually think it looked amazing.
 
does a whole survival world count? I spent 4 months on a survival world to the point where it took up too much space on my tablet so i had to delete it....it was so cool

Well I didnt build it by myself but does it count if my friends and I built a huge city? Cause all my other builds are trash compared to dat xD

i found a village and i built glass walkways connecting all the buildings and another glass walkway connecting to a cave in a nearby mountain

Everybody's talking about these cool build that must have taken a long time, and I'm just here like... a wooden house over the water. The downstairs had glass walls so I could see the water, and there was a minecart track (just a normal track, no powered rails or anything like that) going around the house for if I got bored. And there was a pool on the roof because why not. ._.

then when i finished i deleted the world :D

My survival:
An underground complex base. Pretty much have everything in the game that I had; never will re-surface again
