Time to come down to one of my most favourite foods: steak.
And speaking of it there are many ways to cook it. One major difference in ways of cooking is doneness. It divides into 6 categories, which are blue rare (completely raw), rare (25% cooked), medium rare (around 50% cooked), medium, medium done and well done.

Seriously. I like it because whenever I eat some meat that is not throughly cooked (or at least 95%) I feel like an animal. And you know that feeling is hard to bear. And no worry about health issues!
