question about photo in info

is there a way to remove this from my info? my photo didn't work and it doesn't show up in the personal details area. I've tried deleting spaces around it. tyvm!

1. i tried putting in a photo
2. the photo didn't work
3. the picture with an x is there but I can't delete it :,)

I think I've used imgbb.com in the past-once you upload you can select bbcode from the dropdown menu and copy and paste it into your info
