What's the difference between sectional moderators and global moderators?

Sectional Moderators - Is a moderator which call as trial. It's a moderator which in practice or not an a official moderator like global mods.

Global Moderator - A moderator who is a officially a mod. Not like Sectional or i should say mod who is in practice [TRIAL]
