Question about a friend’s ban

I noticed BrbYousef was banned for reach, and I’m just wondering how long will they be banned?

It is a permanent ban but if they go 4 months without creating another account (bypassing) I will be willing to give them a second chance. (They would have to create their own appeal in 4 months time for that to happen though)
