Question about a banned player (NOT AN APPEAL)

Can a staff member give me details on a player named Unicorn913's ban? She says she is banned, yet when doing /stats it does not say she's banned. Thanks!

It is possible the person in question couldve used a diff acc to try out hacks then her main acc? Just an idea tho its not uncommon where people use an alias or diff device?-?
