Your sister (or brother).
You can tell them anything, and you'll know they'll never tell a soul.
You can communicate using just facial expressions.
You can laugh at each other for stupid reasons.

What does having a best friend feel like? I never had an actual bestie.

I don't know, I don't exactly have a best friend. My first - and only - best friend was in nursery (I was about 3 when I met her) but when I left nursery to become homeschooled when I was 4, I didn't see her again. So, I don't really know what it's like.
