Stressing out during my highschool years and comparing myself to the smarter academic students.

No point of it because my hard work in study didn't really pay off.
But thankfully am still able to get into my college/university degree, now that I have graduated.

I do agree with you on the "don't lie" part because lying is seriously a bad thing but:

In this case, I don't see the harm in just sharing a regret, if not the biggest, I mean I don't see anyone getting hurt. And some of these do make people laugh and somewhat make their day : P
