Totally agree.
A friend told me about something she read, that if you could compress all time since Earth was created into twenty-four hours, humans would have existed for three seconds.
Then she said, "So basically humans ****ed up the world in three seconds."

You know how natural selection doesn't really affect humans (as evidenced by the continued existence of most of my classmates -_-)? Nature's basically given up on us .-.
Much as the idea of human extinction terrifies me (which is rational), the world would be much better off without us.

Have you read ZOO? I kinda love how the animals' behaviour is caused by our technology. Nature was like, "Nope, I'm sorry humans, you've gone too far now. Know what? You're the ones responsible for your own exctinction. Then stuff can go back to normal."
