In the morning, I basically text my mum (cause i’m Like.. in bed in my room) and say, I don’t feel well and make up some acting skill I “have”. I only tired to once and it worked

I couldn’t even if I tried. If I were to tell my mom I wasn’t feeling well, she’d just ask me for a doctor’s notice, which obviously I most likely don’t have. And well, any other attempts of other excuses fail, like, epically. Somehow my mom always has a comeback to them. So yeah. This is why I have had perfect attendance to school for 4 years straight. Until this year lol my mom dragged me to england for my sister’s graduation in the middle of the school year.

*Mum comes in, and touches my forehead*
"Okay then, if you think you're sick then you can miss school for today."

Sometimes this can work. Sometimes it doesn't. XD

I always try to make up excuses to miss school and I usually say “Mum, I feel sick.” or “I have a temperature, Mum.” She doesn’t care and she just says back “Too bad, both Dad and I have work.”
She also says that when I actually am sick. xD

This is how it usually goes
“Mum I’m sick, can I stay home?” “No you seem fine to me” “but muuuum” “Fine but leave your phone here and go upstairs”
Annnd I get to stay home. But no phone for the day.

I never missed school, at least normal school, we just get more homework if we miss XD

Summer school is a different story, tho, I always try to get myself sick to avoid it XD
