Pyro kits do what

What pyro kits use ? The hotbar give the red dye and said firepower enabled and disabled but it dont do anything.Can someone explain to me how to use it or it is broken actually.

I dunno but the frozone kit give us the ability to turn water into ice so.... i think pyro will set netheracks on fire? XD
