You can ask him to come forums and make his own thread or ask him to send to you a screen about that . so the staff can make sure its his account! Then they gonna reset the password!

My friend clearly said it was for a friend and I’m pretty sure the screenshot is enough proof for a PW reset. If it’s not enough proof, Ex can also provide another screenshot of Damaged giving him the consent to reset it for her. I don’t think Damaged needs to create a forums acc just to give permission for Ex to reset it.You can ask him to come forums and make his own thread or ask him to send to you a screen about that . so the staff can make sure its his account! Then they gonna reset the password!
