I use cutiecraft because it catches my tastes, and my eye reacts more to lighter colours or brown

Sadly no. However, I can make blocks and items, and if you download that pack, you can move them to that texture pack. So its kinda editing packs, but not directly. Also everything that I make is a 16x resolution because what I use doesn't support higher.
