I am writing this here because people need to stay out of her ban appeal. I have only played with Pond a couple of times on brknlns. She seems like a very nice person. Everyone makes mistakes, I wish her the best. To the people being so mean and toxic, get out of her ban appeal and if you want to comment (tho I don't think you should) do it here in Off Topic where it SHOULD be. BTW I am not friends with Pond , I have only seen her in passing in MM and Splatter. She has always seemed very pleasant to me. I don't understand all this hate. Some of you people should be ashamed of yourselves. Pineapple has asked REPEATEDLY for people to stop spamming her ban appeal. What is wrong with you people. Leave the poor girl alone. So much hate , it makes me sad. I agree , ban is deserved, but let her deal with this without all the hate. I am sure she will learn her lesson, and maybe , like Ripcord, it will be reduced .

It's so barbaric how everyone takes advantage of a legend's troubles to post irrelevant and hateful comments. What's the point of bullying somebody? It's like they think that if they bully her enough, maybe she'll leave and make room for them on the leaderboard. Disgusting. Just because somebody killed you in a video game that as zero influence on your actual personal life does not mean you have to get back at them. And then once Pond got banned, all the haters and bullies flooded to her appeal to be salty and snarky. They're like hyenas. They wait until a legend is in trouble or is going through issues and then they attack. Pond did nothing to deserve the hate. I've played with her even back when I was a newbie, before we became friends and she was still nice to me. You don't see all this drama on a regular player's ban appeal.

imo some of them weren’t really hating nor was that their intention. they were just stating their perspectives. was it needed? no, not really but it doesn’t mean the people who replied to them get to be mean too.

the thread that got made, dedicated to hating on pond was harsh though.

It's the sad truth of many players though... they just play to fuel their ego and when somebody is better than them, they get ticked off and bully that person into leaving instead of improving their own skills to beat them. I mean, so many people are better than me that I just kinda don't care anymore. As long as I get a good thrill, that's good enough.

Oh so someone is allowed to make offensive comments? Well yes, people are allowed to tell their opinions but how do you think the victim of being bullied would feel? Do you think the victim would be happy? Opinions can hurt.

@PurplePond745 is a very kind and nice person. she spreads positivity that others don't have. she puts a smile on people's faces. if you have a problem with her, either keep it to yourself or try to make things better with her. if you aren't friends with her because you don't like her.. try to change that.
