Only the sound of crickets chirping filled the air. The moon rose up in the air, and very few clouds were in the sky. Everyone voted one again for who they thought was the killer. However, Zack and Wolf were tied for votes. After much more debate and the votes still being tied, the 2 nominated people had to play a lovely game of spin the ̶b̶o̶t̶t̶l̶e̶ knife to decide who would die.
The knife was spun and it pointed at Wolf, and before they (rip gender) could say anything, someone got up, took the knife, and thrust it into Wolf’s head. Wolf flopped to the ground, dead.
Someone was chasing Krissy. She desperately ran for her life, as that person chasing her had stabbed her in the arm already. Krissy called for help, but no one came. The pain in her arm stung, and the ground was hard to run on because of its unevenness. Just then, a second person up ahead came into view, and Krissy signed in relief.
The person chasing her cursed and ran off somewhere else into the forest. Krissy caught her breath and the second person stared at her.
“Thank you so much for coming, you’re the equivalent of a god or goddess to m-”
Splat! The second person plunged a knife into Krissy’s back. Krissy gasped in shock and choked up blood. She fell to the ground and writhed in pain, and soon, she was gone. The person chasing Krissy came back.
“Did you poison the sandwich?”
“Yeah. I don’t think it was even necessary because that jam expired 10 years ago.”

“Let me get this straight: they (rip gender x2) died because they ate a poisoned moldy jam sandwich???”
“Seems to be the case.”
jamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjamjam’s head was on the table, their eyes lifelessly looking at the floor. Next to them was a plate with a jam sandwich on it. The bread was poisoned and the jam was expired and moldy.
