A build captain isnt chosen basing on the quality of its build , but basing on its capacity of being a competent team manager , by its diplomatia and most importantly basing on the truth the TeamCaptain inspire .
Mah Zozie is a competent Build captain , and when she will leave , mah ally' will be an even better one .

So dont say that again , just let them make their job , they're doing it pretty well .3.
