Hi,It's me Jake!(Jake from le state farm)

Well,I am having trouble on setting my profile?I am using 200x200 pixel..Actually i searchead up a Chibi picture on google,And i searched up like this Chibi 200x200 pixel,Then,When i came back it keeps saying it doesnt even existed at the extension..How?


Well,I need a help..Please help me,I wanna change my pic..Because this steve face sucks

Uh, what do you mean? Can you take a screenshot of what it says when you try to change your profile picture?

Try using a bigger picture? I am not sure about this one...

it says The uploaded file does not ha an allowed extension..When im trying to put my profile or picture,It says The contents of the uploaded image do not match the file extension..

How can i change my pic?

Try to change the extension to .png to any images in your files, and this will work for you.

And when im trying to download any image's it says images-7.jpeg?

Can .jpeg attached any file??

Sorry for late reply,But how can i change .jpeg to .png?I'm so confused right now,I tried croping finding other pictures/images but still doesn't work..

Are you using on an Android or iOS right now?

dis you edit the image at all?
cause if you did it doesnt let u use it as a pp

if u are iOS or have an iOS device save the image to iCloud Drive and then u can use it as a pp
