Problem with kits on Survival Games

Hi I'm Aves1313
I was playing on the survival games server on 26/April when I decided to buy one of the new kits the warrior one I used 3000 coins on it with only a little money left when I was in game though the kit did not show up and I couldn't access it
How do I use the kits?
