1. Sometimes people don't no the theme
Sometimes people don't know what the theme is. So they ask like this"what is (e. g. Panda) ?"so this is important about TBB

2.about time:
There only about 5 minute to build. People
want to build very big but the time is not much. In vote time we all see how he/she build like. It is also important about that.
Also sometimes is much time
