Privacy Options Not Working?

So I turned off the option that allows people to view what I'm looking at,

But when I click on my IGN in the members list, it still shows what I'm doing.

So I was wondering, is this a bug or do I have to turn off more options?

You are able see your own activity, even if you disable it. But other players can’t : when I click on your profile I can’t see what you’re doing.
