This isn't a bug.It's either your Wifi connection that's slow, or, you teleported to places quickly....

It happens on all servers. It's just lag when your chunks are loading. It could be because of a weak internet connection like Laura said.Try leaving the server and coming back again
Or close Minecraft then open it again.
