Minecraft Ppl keep disappearing when hitting them (sw)

When you PvP that person they disappear and appear
Example
You hit that person
Person disappears split second later appears
You hit him/her again he/she disappeared again
This happened to everyone in the game

that happened to me yesterday after a server restart (i'm 1.4) and it kept kicking everyone. but after a while i got back on and everything was fine.

you could also see spectators and the armor also disappeared right?

I got it, I'm on 1.5

the thing is Mojang is updating the app to include features that are great if you only play singleplayer but if you play on servers then it kind of doesn't work
