? First of all, this shouldn’t be done as scenarios like this can happen and we aren’t sure whether the user deserves a second chance or not. You can pass this message to the banned user so we can hear their side of the story

All the names I see on the ban info are names that Heartbroke used/uses to bypass on so if you are KoiAndPoi or ukiyos those names will be banned too
