possible missing rank?

I have the account ApexSquid101 on BrokenLens and I haven't been active on it for a while because I was banned I don't know when I was unbanned but I am and I thought I had the Emerald rank purchased on my account but for some reason I don't. I logged on to my account "defusing7" and logout then use /login type my password and username logged in then and I don't have the rank.

I could be mistaken but I am 85% that I do have that rank as I know that I bought that rank on two of my accounts. Also I do not have access to the email of that account anymore so I cannot see my ID.
 
Do you have the order ID? It’ll look something like this: #12345

You could find it in your mail that BrokenLens sent you whenever you bought the item.

Eeep,,;; edit: I just noticed you said you didn’t have it, so I don’t think there’s anyway we could help you without evidence.

Ok, so I know i have other account that has Emerald rank so I try to remember the password
