because you had already been muted in a previous report and sam was technically bullying durama and bullying results in a temp ban

she was accusing someone of hacks and probably not making them feel the best. Easiest thing for you to do is wait out the mute and the ban since there only for a few days i doubt your sister will get unbanned

I agree with Eribaka, I doubt she will get unbanned. Bullying is not allowed on the server. I'll tag staff.

But, she was accusing another person of using hacks for no reason. There was no solid evidence, and they r known to start problems like this. This can backed by previous player reports and personal experiences.
Let's leave it to staff for now.
