I banned him. The screenshots in that report show that he was asking for golden apples from Xx_TrickShot_xX, who is a hacker. The problem with banning players using the admin panel is that you can't give a "reason", which means the player won't always know why they were banned, so sorry for the confusion. I will unban him now if you tell him not to ask for or accept items from hackers.
