WarriorGirl3333 rarely responds to staff applications, and vertx never responds to them (from what I have heard).

Well, a few things that staff are looking for is:

Patient People
Helpful People
People who are active on both the server and the forums
People who are unique

There are other things like being honest about who you are, which I do think is important, but staff are looking for someone who is different (unique) from the average "I'm going to ban all the hackers" person who is trying out for staff. Good luck with becoming staff :)!
