Pls fix or just remove the ugly snowman

I've updated my minecraft to v1.2.1.1 and make xbox live account. Then i join the server, some seconds after that, i always got kicked by that stupid snowman with #160 when i was just laggin. If you can't fix it, just remove it :/

well he detects people that are flying but actually they’re lagging and he couldn’t understand so he kicks them
