Dear Brokenlens staff,

My username is DARKTDM775 and I have been mistakenly banned.Me and my older brothers play on the server a lot.Yesterday morning when I was playing I had 0 warnings,Then when I tried to go back on last night the game said you have accumulated 30 warning points.I'm not capable of filling out a ban form at my age but I won't need to because I have done nothing wrong,Please unban me.Thank You and have a nice day.
