Please unban me for I have been mistakenly banned

To whom it may concern, Today 1/1/18 1:41 I tried to go to Broken lens to play and enjoy of your server but, what I found was that my account was permanently banned. I was given no reason for a ban not even an email saying “Was this you or did you hack”. I would like to be given a reason of why I was banned. I have been inactive for around a month probably less and I was never given a warning of some sort. So further more I would like the person who permanently banned me to send me an email of why I got banned and when.
