Hi there,
Actually, you weren't banned for fly hacking long time ago. You were banned for creative hacks (spawning full diamond armors and some items to have an unfair advantage to yourself). I even have a proof that you were hacking long time ago. I'm sorry but I decided that you will stay banned since you lied on your appeal.
