That's just his signature u can change ur signature by tapping your profile pic at the top and tap signature on the left side. You can edit the text by changing the font size, boldness, italics, if you want to underline it and the color of the text by using the rich text editor

B for boldness, curved I for italics, underlined U for underline, half black half white circle for colour, T with vertical arrows for text size, A for font

For a pic u can enter the image url with the image icon or tap upload file to take a pic or choose one from your camera roll
