Please make the cool down on OITC shorter <33

Hey hey so I'm not only I had this problem but others as well. The cool down can get annoying because when you kill someone they can use their compass to get to you right after they died and still have the cool down. Honestly, that's like a free kill. This has still been a problem that I believe can be solved quickly.
