There is no current way of downloading an illigal version of Minecraft 1.7+, sorry my dude. You can only buy Minecraft from the Appstore (iPad/iPhone) or the Google Play store (tablet/phone).

I used to play minecraft on 1.2.10 and it has a bug which you can remove the screen saying something like you don't have permission to play minecraft, the new versions now have it and it's not possible to you "bug" it, i buy on play store to be able to use new versions and play it
