That's what happens to me my password was reset by admin but then I go online and type /reg then password it said the acc was already req it was and I had emrald rank and then I typed in the password from when it wasn't reset and it said incorrect password

I think you need proof that your own account on the server. If you don't have a screenshot of it as proof, be patient, and you will receive a response from the staff member. @Springtrap_123 @WarriorGirl3333 @Laura_Aria @Ray_Palmer_Atom @Befib
