[PLEASE HELP] Locked out from getting YT rank

Ok so I was doing all the information in game for the YT rank and I was locked out and I was putting the info in right.

I don't know if anyone else has this same issue but It needs to be fixed please =)

I have 155 subscribers and my IGN is YourPalSquiddy and my YouTube is the same as my IGN

Do u have more than 3 warning points? :) if so I will tag staff to reset them :D

Hi there and welcome to forums,
We cannot reset player's warning but we can set a YT rank on your account manually but first, do you have a screenshot that proves you own the channel?
