please can anyone tell me why it's not muteable?

the word "sh*t" why it's not muteable?
when you type it in Minecraft it censore. but in real why people don't get muted for it?
I swear I will leave the server if the rules don't get updated. It's getting more toxic. It's actually taking years to make a new rule. we're here to play and have fun and not say these cuss words.

even the words like "Th*cc" "Bu*t" are usually muteable.

If players attempt to bypass the filter than it still counts as swearing even if replacing the word with a space between two letters.
