Players team does not show up right language

This isn’t a bug, they set their own language to Portuguese so their tag is in Portuguese. Happens with other languages too.

The light blue dye lets you change the language if your main language is not English. It’s like that so players who can’t understand English very well can also enjoy the server because they are able to understand what is happening because changing the language translates about everything (server messages, to be specific *not chats*) into the chosen language.

Whoaaaaaa- can you imagine if the server could translate everyone's public chat to your language? That would be so cool

But the only problem would be when people (me) have 938282 typos per sentence, but yeah that would be op & useful to people who don’t speak englisH

Yes!1!1 then I can finally communicate with ppl who don’t speak English so I don’t have to pull out a translator to figure it out!1!1
Yeah typos can’t be translated well or when it’s translated it might turn out as an offensive or confusing word LOL

That might actually be possible if the server was able to pass text through a cloud translation service like Microsoft or Google's apis that are available for developers. I'm not too sure how to program plugins for servers but I do know that you could likely pass text from the server (Server messages and possibly chat logs?) into one of these programming apis to somewhat easily and dynamically translate text from one language into another.
(Google's even can detect what language is typed as it is typed but Microsoft's solution seems to be significantly cheaper. Both are free though unless you have too much stuff to translate. Like millions of characters.)

I believe this bug occurs though due to how the variable used to store what team a player is on is dependent on the player's language setting and it displays to everyone on the server regardless of their language setting. This could likely be changed if the text for a player's team is shown to other players depending on their language setting rather than that information being sent just to the user who changed their language setting.
