Solved Player is teleporting (unfair)

Please remove `snakeboy745`
From the server. He is playing unfairly by teleporting to players (not with an enderpearl)
I have the Video file from these pciture but I am not able to upload them. (I could dm if you have a mcig /Instagram for minecraft)
In the files I upload you can see the 1 second time difference from when he spotted me to him teleporting to me immediately. He has a sword in hand no enderpearl.
