I made this on Ibis, there's a tutorial on how to do the pixel art
It's slightly different as sometimes I start from scratch
Starting from scratch?:
1. Change canvas size to something really small(32x32 is the smallest, I usually use 64x64)
2. Use the Digital Pen and change size to the smallest(1px)
3. Make your pixel art thing
When your finished and want to post it somewhere like forums do this:
1. If pixel art is finished, go to Canvas > Resize
2. Change width and height to something large
3. Change Reduce Method to Sampling
4. Change Enlarge Method to Nearest Neighbor
5. Press that check mark(of course) and you're done.
If you want to change it back to a smaller size to edit the pixel art do the exact same process mentioned above

Oh yeah, turn off interpolation on zoom in its in the settings underneath canvas
