I actually like anime
I stopped watching anime because I couldn't find ones that were in my interest, I watched very few anime but the ones I watched were ones I enjoyed.
EDIT: Oh wait this question is for the people who don't like anime

If this ends up being me getting criticized by my strict taste of anime I started "awful"
My sister has watched more anime than me and she is struggling to find ones to watch
She has a list of anime in her notes app
I don't feel comfortable to share what I watched so far as it will lead to criticism on my choices and I don't want to go against a very reasonable argument against my choices(which is the outcome whenever I talk about my choices of anime)

Alright if I can trust you, I don't remember much I quit watching anime a year ago(memes including anime feel like they're telling me to continue watching anime).
I can literally tell a short history of me watching around I don't know how much starting from my birth(yes, childhood shows will be included) but bulletin list works.
I remember watching the and feel comfortable sharing
I will use the * symbol to show I had watched a bit of it or more before I decided to stop:
- Sword Art Online
- *No Game No Life
- I have no clue what else I saw
- *Attack on Titan
- *Re:Zero
- *Overlord
- RWBY(Or would you even count that an anime? More to me like an American cartoon with the anime art style)
- *Konosuba
I think I'll update the list once I remember what I watched

I would like anime if I found one that I could really get into. So far I haven't. My IRL friends have recommended stuff to me... one said something about an anime called Parasite (I think?) that he thinks I might like, I just need to get a chance to start watching it.

He mentioned that one too, for the same reason, and he also said it was kinda childish. You say it's good though? I don't think he watches that one so it's not like he could really comment on whether it was good or bad in his opinion.
The only anime I've started watching was Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon (or some long title like that) but something was bothering me about it (not that the gods were all women - I could think of a justification for that) and then I realised: Hestia liking someone. So I stopped that after a few episodes.

That is one of the reasons why my sister stops watching anime, the love fantasy could get overboard. I really can't tell if the love will in the anime I watch because I'm stupid as hell.

It's a really good anime, it's like a show u see on Tv, but it's really good, its hard to say how it's good, it just has its personal charm
Here's the basic rundown of it
Non magic girl loves magic cause if this witch she saw do so magical stuff, she admires her and goes to a school, but every teacher hairs her, yet being best pupil I've read time
She needs to find all 7 words to unlock full potential of the staff
The staff's words isn't in English but they say things like "community, justice" and crap like taht
People theorise they are based on 7 heavenly virtues

Oh, no, I didn't mean the fact that there was romance is what turned me off. I meant the fact that it was Hestia. In the myths she swore off men and vowed to remain an eternal virgin. Sure, that could technically mean she can like men and remain a virgin, but... still.
Huh. Well it does sound interesting ^_^ So yeah I guess I need to get a chance to try watching those two.
