Because BrokenLens didn't build the map, it's just a downloaded map I think. The map was replaced by Aquarium B

Yes I believe, so the server can be officially advertised with our own BrokenLens maps on each games ( not downloaded maps / stolen maps from other servers )

I think remaking it to look like the current one would be nice too just to add a sense of modernism to it compared to how messy the old version is(No offense to the builders)
