Hi, i were permanent banned in brokenlens, I'm here to appeal/apologies for my mistakes that i did.
(When did you get Banned?) First of all, i was banned for like more than 1 year ago i don't remember some of it what server did i get banned, or when is it, etc.

(Why did you get banned?) I got banned for fly hacks for being honest it was a really bad to do in the server, Once i am unbanned i am willing to correct my mistake that i did I'm sorry for being a bad behavior in the server.
(Banned by a Admin?) No, I think i was banned my a Mod i don't remember it was a more than a year

(Time zone) Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8)
(Server that i got banned) Trying my best to remember it my brain is blowing up ah ha, it was Skywars i used my fly hacks in there.
(Why we should unban you?) Once i am unbanned, I'm changing my behavior bad behavior just kidding, (Good behavior) i will be mature i am not gonna betray the server again.
