Permanent Banned...?!

IDK What i did but surely a permanent ban is too harsh for any crime i did
I'm not saying i did anything wrong but please if this is a bug please fix it
I am sure there are some people who got in the BRLNS server and got a message that says "You are PERMANENT BANNED" And us into this website to complain..
Please if I did something let me know or a warning would be nice
