Yesss thank you =)so, i'm back! here are the steps:
0. this texture pack is called mizuno's 16!
1. get the app "Addons for Minecraft"! (the app profile pic looks like a zombie on half of the screen, and a human on the next. it was made by Kayen Works)
2. search up mizuno's16craft on the app! you won't find it on the top, you gotta scroll down!!
3. download it! (press the orange button)
4. install/import it! this is the purple button, and you do this after downloading.
5. it'll ask where to import. click mcpe!
6. wait for it to finish importing...
7. go to mcpe, it'll show a message saying loading resource packs! MAKE SURE TO ACTIVATE THE PACKK!!
8. YOU'RE DONE!!
