I'm just going to be online for a bit to see if he will go online again. I asked him a few questions last time about VPN's and clients, though he doesn't respond with a relevant answer. But it's pretty clear that he uses a VPN or client, since you can't bypass bans without them (including ip-bans which are stronger).
